WHAT WE ORGANISE

We run the whole event for professional services firms across Manchester and the North West, from finding the venue to closing the doors, with an Eventes lead on the floor on the night as standard. Events are up to 200 guests, for law firms, accountants and tax advisers, banks, brokers, wealth managers and insurers, property and consultancy firms, and recruiters.

What is included

Venue sourcing and negotiation: a shortlist, visits and negotiated terms.
Supplier booking: photographer, florist, AV and entertainment, as the event needs.
Guest list and RSVPs: invitations sent and tracked, seating plan and name badges.
Dietary needs and allergies: collected and confirmed with the kitchen in writing.
Run of show: one timeline for you, the venue and every supplier.
On the day coordination: an Eventes lead on site from set up to close.
Photography: one to two hours, included.
Wrap up: event photos and the final costs shared after the event.

Not included as standard: invitation design and guest follow up after the event. We are happy to recommend a designer.
