What we look after

We shortlist venues across the region and negotiate terms, send and track invitations and RSVPs, and plan food, drinks and the bar. We prepare name badges and arrivals, collect dietary needs and allergies and confirm them with the kitchen in writing, and write one run of show for the venue and every supplier. An Eventes lead is on site from set up to close, and one to two hours of photography is included.
