What we look after

We source and negotiate the venue, book the florist, AV and any entertainment, and send and track invitations and RSVPs. We collect dietary needs and allergies and confirm them with the kitchen in writing, plan the running order and speeches, and an Eventes lead is on site from set up to close. One to two hours of photography is included.
