What we look after

We source the venue and plan the room layout, manage registration and RSVPs, and book AV and staging with support for your speakers. We arrange refreshments and lunch, collect dietary needs and allergies and confirm them with the kitchen in writing, and write the run of show. An Eventes lead manages the floor from set up to close, and one to two hours of photography is included.
